We currently offer delivery to the UK mainland, and ship using Yodel for deliveries, all our orders include free shipping!
All UK mainland orders received before 11am will be delivered within 3 working days.
Orders outside UK mainland (we deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland). Please allow 4 working days.
We will be doing everything we can to make sure that you don’t feel the need to read this bit, but …
Returns
You got a problem..? To minimise transportation and wastage we don’t offer returns, but, if there’s anything you’re not happy with, just get in touch at hello@brightbarley.com and we’ll do our very best to sort it out for you.
Cancellations
Your order is fulfilled shortly after it has been placed – not just a supergrain, but super efficient too – so we are unable to cancel deliveries. But, if you aren’t satisfied, please email hello@brightbarley.com , and we will do our best to make sure that you are.
International and other orders
Although we may secretly have our eye on global barley domination, we don’t ship internationally at the moment, nor do we ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses right now.
Tracking information
If you enter your mobile at checkout, you will receive your tracking details on the day your order is out for delivery. From this point, you will be able to keep tabs on it, rearrange your delivery day or request delivery to another location.
What happens if I am not at home?
No worries! You will be able to reschedule your delivery with Yodel using your tracking details, which will be texted to you.
What if I only receive part of my order?
Fear not, sometimes, due to the size of our bulk items, our orders can arrive in two parts. If all of your BRIGHT BARLEY drinks haven’t arrived within 5 business days, however, or your tracking details say your order has been completed, drop us an email on hello@brightbarley.com and we’ll sort it all out for you.
Can I ship to a friend?
Of course you can, you lovely, thoughtful human being. You can use a friend or relative’s shipping address (but make sure to put your address as the billing address). You can change this shipping address at any time.
