Bright Barley is the first plant-based milk to hit the UK market using the ancient, yet forgotten supergrain, barley. Bright Barley’s trailblazing range is all-natural, using organic barley syrup, barley flour and agave syrup; in a ready-to-drink, resealable, single serve format, making them ideal on-the-go refreshment.
It’s the brainchild of a recent Cambridge University Environmental Policy graduate, Jiali Jiang, Bright Barley drinks have sustainability at their core; meaning sourcing local ingredients wherever possible and using British, independent suppliers and producers at every stage.
